Fresh 48 Hospital Photographer (with In-Person Sales) - Tyler, TX
About The Position
Bella Baby Photography is hiring a Fresh 48 Hospital Photographer with in-person sales in Tyler, Texas. In this on-site hospital role, you will coordinate short photo sessions with families shortly after delivery, safely pose and handle newborns, edit images, and present and sell photo packages in the families’ hospital rooms. The position includes regular training and support and opportunities to connect with photographers across the country. Part-time and full-time schedules are available. The estimated part-time commission sales are $500–$1,000 twice monthly, with additional tips and bonuses based on performance and seniority. Full-time pay will be higher to account for the additional days worked. Hours and days may vary based on business needs, and employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- DSLR or mirrorless camera with at least 18 MP; phone cameras are not accepted.
- Laptop with at least 513 GB of storage and 16 GB of memory.
- Adobe Lightroom Classic.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs of equipment.
- Willingness to update vaccination records if existing records cannot be provided.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and lead several same-day 15-minute photo sessions.
- Safely pose and handle newborns.
- Minimally edit photos on-site using Adobe Lightroom.
- Show photo packages to families and complete in-person sales.
