About The Position

This position is responsible for various tasks related to the flow of merchandise within the facility, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and moving goods. The associate will also be responsible for providing customer service, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring the presentation of merchandise on the sales floor. Technology and teamwork are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products.
• Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled and staged correctly.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
• Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly.
• Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates effectively.
• Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions.
• Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
