Requirements

Advanced computer skills required
Administrative experience required
Bilingual – Spanish preferred
Familiarity with the transportation industry preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain driver files.
Update Safety Bonus work sheet.
Collect time sheets from drivers
Field repair calls as needed.
Approve high cost repairs before they happen.
Field driver calls as needed.
Conduct yard walks at each yard, once a week (each yard a different day of the week).
Locate trailers for BIT inspections.
File weekly time sheets.
Edit CLUE reports when needed.
Assist with Lytx drive cam implementation and management.
