About The Position

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to encourage customer engagement.
- Maintain active knowledge of brand products, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to support smooth floor operations and a good customer experience during scheduled shifts.
