About The Position

Jo Malone London is hiring a highly skilled advisor to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience. The role combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to educate and delight customers. In partnership with the store team, the advisor supports in-store events and maintains high visual merchandising standards. The assignment will be staffed at The Estée Lauder Companies retail locations, with Randstad as the employer of record.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire or interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to support smooth floor operations and an optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
