About The Position
As a highly skilled advisor for Jo Malone London, you will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to provide welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experiences that educate and delight customers. Working with the store team, you will support in-store events and maintain high visual merchandising standards. The position is staffed at The Estée Lauder Companies retail locations, with Randstad as the employer of record for the freelance assignment. This role is based in a fast-paced retail store environment. It requires flexible retail availability, including days, nights, weekends, and special events. The anticipated hourly pay range is $24.80 to $37.20, depending on factors such as experience, skills, education, budget, and geographic location. Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.

- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire or interview.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
- Maintain active knowledge of brand products, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to support smooth floor operations and a positive customer experience during scheduled shifts.
