About The Position
As a highly skilled advisor, the Freelancer combines creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. Working with a high-performing team, the Freelancer contributes to in-store events and helps ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards. This is a freelance role staffed at a The Estée Lauder Companies retail location; Randstad is the employer of record. The role offers development opportunities and competitive remuneration. The work takes place in a dynamic, fast-paced retail store environment with standard store lighting and ambient noise levels. The position involves standing and walking for extended periods, conversing with customers, handling product packaging and display materials, and frequently reaching, bending, and moving merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds. Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire or interview.

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to support smooth floor operations and an optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
