The Visual Merchandising Designer will help bring amika to life across physical retail and experiential touchpoints, translating the brand’s creative vision into compelling, high-impact design across third-party retail environments, events, pop-ups, and branded collateral. This role will partner closely with creative, brand marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to concept and execute thoughtful, on-brand design solutions that drive visibility, consistency, and excitement in the market. This person should have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of beauty retail, and hands-on experience creating for third-party retailers, in-store visual merchandising, and event environments. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects from concept through final production.
