Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in visual design.
• Expertise with Figma and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Firefly essential; Illustrator helpful but secondary).
• Familiarity with other marketing tools for quick-turn creative.
• Experience designing for the web, newsletters, and social marketing campaigns.
• Experience applying AI in design workflows (e.g., image generation, layout optimization, ideation).
• Proven ability to produce original, high-quality creative under tight deadlines.
• Excellent conceptual, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Shopify, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Huge bonus: experience with video editing and animation/motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute design tasks from concept through delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely work.
• Create and refine assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Firefly, and Illustrator), and other marketing design tools.
• Design creative for web experiences, ecommerce banners, email/newsletter marketing, and paid + organic social campaigns.
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all channels.
• Confidently engage with clients on calls and via email, presenting work and incorporating feedback.
• Work efficiently, making smart decisions about time and priorities across multiple clients.
• Partner closely with cross-functional squad teams (marketing, design, and account) for cohesive execution.
• Understand and apply UX principles to improve user experience in digital products.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies that enhance creative output.
