MISSION Transform strategy and creative concepts into powerful visual systems that live across social media, digital campaigns, and physical touchpoints. We’re looking for someone who combines strong aesthetic judgment, platform-first thinking, and agile execution in both digital and retail environments.

Requirements

  • Digital designer with strong creative sensibility and cultural awareness.
  • Experience in digital campaigns, social media, and multi-platform adaptations.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Knowledge of video editing (Premiere, CapCut, or similar).
  • Strategic use of AI tools applied to creativity and production.
  • Ability to think in visual systems, not just individual assets.
  • Strong judgment to balance creativity, speed, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic briefs into visual proposals aligned with business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Develop Key Visuals and creative concepts for campaigns and always-on content.
  • Design social media content (feed, stories, reels, paid formats) with a mobile-first approach.
  • Create static, animated, and short-form video assets (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
  • Shoot content when the concept requires it, with a digital-native mindset.
  • Build scalable, modular visual systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across formats.
  • Adapt assets for different markets, platforms, and touchpoints (digital and physical).
  • Design supporting materials such as banners, presentations, landing pages, and POP materials.
  • Incorporate AI tools into ideation, adaptation, and visual optimization processes.
  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, community managers, and account teams in integrated creative workflows.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming and campaign conceptualization.
