About The Position

The Creative Designer is responsible for end-to-end design execution, from initial visual problem solving through hands-on delivery, ensuring the work is both inspired and effectively produced. Working closely with the Head of Design, the Creative Designer translates strategy and creative direction into compelling, high-quality design across both digital and physical platforms. This role sets a high creative standard while remaining grounded in the realities of timelines, volume, and production constraints. The Creative Designer is also responsible for clearly and confidently presenting creative ideas, concepts, and design rationale to Clients, incorporating feedback while protecting the integrity of the work. Additional responsibilities include leading the execution of high-value, high-risk, or complex deliverables where senior judgment and expertise are most critical. Reporting to the Head of Design, the Creative Designer collaborates directly with Clients, Production, and the broader design team to ensure creative integrity is preserved from initial concept through final delivery.

Lead visual concepting and creative problem‑solving
Translate strategy and creative direction into clear, executable design intent

Support teams with hands-on executional help during complexity or volume spikes
Help evolve Make+ design standards, systems, and ways of working
