About The Position

This freelance role supports regional growth by driving pipeline generation, ensuring structured campaign execution, and maintaining strong marketing operations and performance visibility. The role works closely with global marketing teams, sales, and external partners to ensure efficient, data-driven execution.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar CRM/automation tools)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, inbound)
  • Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders remotely

Responsibilities

  • Execute demand generation campaigns across email, marketing automation, and inbound channels
  • Translate campaign plans into structured execution within Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Build and manage lead nurturing flows to support funnel progression
  • Ensure alignment between campaign setup, targeting, and regional commercial priorities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to brief
  • Support continuous improvement of lead quality and conversion through testing and iteration
  • Monitor campaign and funnel performance across channels and dashboards
  • Analyse key metrics (conversion rates, lead quality, engagement) and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Drive data-informed improvements to campaigns, nurturing flows, and channel performance
  • Establish and track performance benchmarks to support continuous improvement
  • Apply automation and AI tools to improve execution efficiency, reporting, and insight generation
  • Support regular performance reviews with clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure consistent and reliable use of Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Maintain campaign structure, naming conventions, and operational hygiene
  • Monitor data quality, segmentation accuracy, and system integrity
  • Support accurate reporting and dashboard maintenance for campaign and funnel performance
  • Ensure proper campaign-to-sales handover and lead flow processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution and alignment
  • Support budget tracking and allocation in collaboration with the Marketing Director and Regional Director
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with budget expectations and ROI objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient delivery
  • Provide visibility on performance, risks, and optimisation opportunities to key stakeholders
