10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable migration specialists based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered migration and operational systems.
Requirements
- Experienced in advising on, planning, and executing migration strategies and projects
- Skilled at evaluating migration processes, requirements, and compliance
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability

Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to migration processes, implementation strategies, requirements, and practical aspects of migration projects
- Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
- Draft realistic migration scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. migration specialist, client, project manager, or vendor)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated migration content
- Assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true migration reasoning, authentic procedures, and practical approaches.
