Requirements

Responsibilities

• Investigate potential fraud activity on existing credit card accounts, identify suspicious patterns, and take appropriate action to protect clients.
• Verify recent charges and account activity, gather information to evaluate and confirm potential fraudulent transactions, and address service-related requests and concerns across inbound and outbound client interactions.
• Apply appropriate verification procedures when processing client information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Use available resources to resolve client issues and calls efficiently, working with limited supervision.
• Assess risk in day-to-day decisions, uphold Citi policies and ethical standards, and escalate issues transparently when required.
