About The Position

The Fraud Risk Management Analyst at Alegeus creates, optimizes, and analyzes fraud-risk alerting systems. The role identifies suspicious patterns, protects clients and consumers, and supports the integrity of transactions. The analyst monitors activity, evaluates alerts, integrates data sources, and develops reports and alert criteria to improve fraud detection and prevention. The position is located in Maitland, Florida.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience, preferably in financial services and/or a technical role.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as finance, economics, statistics, business, or information systems.
Advanced Excel expertise.
Experience building polished presentations and reports for leaders and clients.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects.
Strong attention to accuracy.
Familiarity with data mining and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze fraud performance at scale to identify emerging trends and insights that strengthen protection.
Monitor daily activity for anomalies and flag unusual patterns and behaviors that may indicate risk.
Evaluate and resolve fraud alerts, making swift and accurate decisions.
Integrate multiple data sources to develop end-to-end fraud intelligence and improve visibility into performance and risk.
Design and evolve fraud reports and alert criteria.
Support investigations and provide data-backed guidance to improve fraud prevention.
Take a proactive, improvement-driven approach to assigned work.
