About The Position

The Fraud Risk Management Analyst drives the creation, optimization, and analysis of Alegeus’ fraud-risk alerting systems. The role proactively identifies suspicious patterns, protects clients and consumers, and strengthens transaction integrity. The analyst works with colleagues to improve fraud monitoring and prevention through data analysis, reporting, and investigations. The position is located in Maitland, Florida. The analyst examines fraud performance at scale, monitors daily activity for anomalies, evaluates and resolves alerts, integrates data sources, and develops fraud reports and alert criteria. The role also supports investigations and provides data-backed guidance to improve fraud prevention.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience, preferably in financial services and/or a technical role.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as finance, economics, statistics, business, or information systems.
Advanced Excel expertise.
Ability to build polished presentations and reports for leaders and clients.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects.
Strong attention to accuracy.
Familiarity with data mining and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze fraud performance to identify emerging trends and insights.

Evaluate and resolve fraud alerts accurately and promptly.
