About The Position

Waukesha State Bank is seeking a hands-on Fraud Operations Manager to lead fraud prevention efforts, oversee daily fraud operations, and protect customers and the Bank from emerging threats. The role includes coaching and developing a team of fraud professionals, investigating suspicious transactions, identifying trends, strengthening detection strategies, and improving processes. The manager balances effective fraud prevention with personalized community-bank service and collaborates with internal teams, law enforcement, and industry resources. The position is full-time, onsite, Monday through Friday, in Waukesha County. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a criminal background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of deposit banking experience; fraud operations experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong investigative instincts, analytical skills, and sound judgment.
• A passion for developing people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service.
