Speedy Freight USA is seeking an experienced Franchise Sales Development Manager to support franchise owners and sales teams in driving revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and sales excellence across our growing franchise network. This is a highly visible, field-based role requiring an experienced logistics sales professional who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and leading by example. Rather than managing sales activity remotely, you will spend significant time working directly alongside franchise owners and sales representatives in their territories, demonstrating effective prospecting techniques and helping convert opportunities into new business wins. Extensive travel is a core requirement of this position. Candidates should expect to be travelling for approximately three weeks out of every four, supporting franchisees across multiple territories throughout the United States.
