POSITION PURPOSE: Support the execution of El Pollo Loco’s franchise growth strategy through relationship-driven franchise development support, strategic outreach coordination, CRM management, Discovery Day coordination, pipeline reporting, and development process administration. Provide general sales team support including coordinating and attending trade shows, coordinating travel and supporting the VP of Franchise Growth. This role will support the franchise growth platform by coordinating targeted outreach initiatives, lead nurturing campaigns, candidate progression, development reporting, and cross-functional franchise development activities designed to support long-term multi-unit growth. The position will work closely with franchise development leadership, marketing, operations, legal, real estate, and external partners to ensure a disciplined, organized, and highly responsive franchise development process.
