About The Position

The Fragrance Specialist (Creed) executes Kering Beauté’s customer experience and sales strategy. The role delivers a captivating branded customer experience, champions sales goals, and supports a company culture built on transparency, recognition, accountability, and communication. Based at Bloomingdale’s Garden City, NY, the specialist supports sales activity at designated stores in the market and works closely with management and the team.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant, strong retail sales experience.
Relevant experience demonstrating strong sales ability and proficiency in the retail or fragrance industry.
Experience and comfort working in a retail environment and building relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, event-planning, and organizational skills.
Good technical computer skills, keyboarding ability, and familiarity with reporting tools and systems.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, with the ability and willingness to multitask.
Physical ability to move around a store, including kneeling, stooping, carrying, bending, and twisting, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and support out-of-home-base sales.
Drive the store-level retail sales plan and support the Creed Sales Team in achieving sales plans across designated stores in the market.
Achieve personal sales goals, including goals for Creed promotion, interselling, presales, and launches.
Execute market-calendar action plans to maximize sales, including presale launches and store events in partnership with management.
Engage customers to build and promote brand awareness.
Support monthly morning meetings, department-wide meetings, store-wide meetings, and out-of-home-base meetings in coordination with management.
Partner with the manager and team to drive all aspects of the business.
Be accountable for event presales, goals, and setup.
Open and close the location if the position is based in a boutique.
