About The Position

Neolytix Growth Services (NGS) is seeking a fractional consultant to design and architect structured program designs for their growth initiatives. This role is crucial for building playbooks, workflows, scripts, partnership frameworks, and operating models for physician referral development, corporate wellness partnerships, and community health campaigns. The goal is to establish credible, repeatable processes for these service offerings, which NGS will deliver to its healthcare clients. The engagement is structured in three phases: Program Design, Guided Implementation, and Advisory & Vertical Expansion. The ideal candidate has a background in business development, physician relations, or provider growth within healthcare organizations, with hands-on experience in designing and managing referral development programs and familiarity with CRM-driven outreach models.

Requirements

  • Experience building and operating physician referral development programs in a healthcare context.
  • Experience designing growth infrastructure for healthcare organizations.
  • Director or VP of Business Development, Physician Relations, or Provider Growth at a multi-location physician group, MSO, DSO, or ambulatory-focused health system.
  • Hands-on experience building or managing a physician liaison / referral development program, including designing outreach workflows, scripts, and measurement systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM-driven outreach models (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), including pipeline configuration and activity tracking.
  • Experience with healthcare employer/corporate wellness partnerships is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design referral source identification and prioritization framework.
  • Develop outreach cadence and contact strategy.
  • Create call scripts and messaging frameworks tailored by specialty and relationship stage.
  • Design referral agreement and MOU templates.
  • Define CRM configuration and tracking model for referral pipeline management.
  • Establish attribution and reporting framework for referral volume, conversion, and revenue.
  • Design US/offshore operating model for referral development tasks.
  • Design employer outreach playbook, including target identification, outreach sequences, and value propositions.
  • Develop partnership agreement templates for corporate wellness programs.
  • Create campaign execution checklists for screening days, wellness fairs, and employer health programs.
  • Design ROI measurement model for employer-sourced patient volume and revenue.
  • Design campaign blueprints for community screenings, cross-referral partnerships, and health education events.
  • Develop local partnership outreach templates.
  • Design post-event follow-up and conversion playbook.
  • Refine playbooks based on real-world feedback during guided implementation.
  • Train internal team leads on program execution.
  • Provide advisory services for troubleshooting, new vertical playbook adaptation, and periodic program reviews.
  • Adapt playbooks for different healthcare verticals (e.g., behavioral health to dental DSO).
