About The Position

We're a national B2B services company looking for a hands-on Fractional Growth Marketer to help us build a repeatable outbound pipeline engine. We already know: who we want to target, the industries we want to grow in, and the buying triggers that create opportunity. What we need is someone who can take that strategic direction and turn it into: conversations, meetings, and qualified pipeline. This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a build-and-execute growth role focused on outbound pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Has built outbound or demand generation systems from scratch
  • Can demonstrate real pipeline/results from past campaigns
  • Is highly execution-oriented and moves quickly
  • Understands how to reach operational and technical buyers
  • Is comfortable building systems in fast-moving environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, healthcare systems, field services, or technical B2B environments is a plus--but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Translate ICPs and buying triggers into focused outbound campaigns
  • Develop campaign structure, targeting, messaging, and execution plans
  • Build target account lists
  • Identify and source the right decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Create and launch outbound sequences across Email and LinkedIn
  • Develop messaging focused on real operational pain points and business outcomes
  • Generate qualified conversations and meetings
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on results
  • Recommend and help implement a simple CRM structure (likely HubSpot CRM)
  • Establish a repeatable outreach and follow-up process
  • Ensure activity and pipeline are measurable
  • Assist with lightweight supporting assets: Landing pages, Case studies, Credibility materials
