About The Position

Indotronix is seeking an FPGA Engineer for a 12-month contract opportunity in Tucson, Arizona. The role involves designing and delivering production-quality FPGA solutions, developing FPGA architectures and concepts of operations, translating system requirements into FPGA requirements, and writing VHDL code. The engineer will execute FPGA verification, integration, and troubleshooting activities, track code and functional coverage, support project schedules and deliverables, create technical documentation, and participate in internal and customer technical reviews. An active clearance is required to start.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience.
• Strength in one or more core FPGA skill areas: digital design and VHDL coding; Xilinx FPGA development and tool flows; Microsemi FPGA development and tool flows; FPGA implementation for system-level applications; or FPGA integration and hardware debug experience.
• Active clearance required to start.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with radar signal processing.
• Experience with image processing for visual or infrared sensors.
• Embedded processing experience using ARM, MicroBlaze, or Nios.
• Experience with Gigabit Serial Interfaces.
• Experience with Multi-Gigabit Transceivers (MGTs).
• Experience with SystemVerilog.
• Experience with UVM (Universal Verification Methodology).
• Experience with constrained-random verification.
• Experience with emulation platforms such as Veloce.
