About The Position

Indotronix is seeking an FPGA Engineer III for a 12-month contract opportunity in Tucson, Arizona. The position involves FPGA architecture and system design, translating system requirements into FPGA requirements, VHDL design and coding, verification and validation, and functional and code coverage analysis. The engineer will also support integration and hardware debugging, production FPGA releases, technical documentation, design reviews, and program milestones. An active clearance is required to start.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of FPGA engineering experience.
• Strong digital design and VHDL coding experience.
• Experience with Xilinx and/or Microsemi FPGA devices and tool flows.
• Experience delivering FPGA solutions for system-level applications.
• Hands-on integration and debugging experience.
• Active clearance required to start.
• U.S. Person status required based on defense-related work.

Nice To Haves

• FPGA or signal-processing experience.
• Radar processing experience.
• Image processing experience for visual or infrared sensors.
• Digital Signal Processing (DSP) experience.
• Embedded systems experience.
• Experience with ARM processors, MicroBlaze, or Nios processors.
• Experience with gigabit serial interfaces or Multi-Gigabit Transceivers (MGTs).
• Experience with SystemVerilog.
• Experience with UVM (Universal Verification Methodology).
• Constrained-random verification experience.
• Experience with the Veloce emulation platform.

Responsibilities
