About The Position

Indotronix is seeking a Digital Design Engineer for a 12-month contract opportunity in Tucson, Arizona. The role involves digital hardware and electronics design, from hardware architecture development through integration and testing. The position pays $73–$77.14 per hour on W-2 and requires an active clearance to start.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of digital hardware or electronics design experience.
• Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design experience.
• Multi-layer board design experience.
• Experience designing digital electronics for complex systems.
• Hardware development experience from concept through integration and test.
• Experience with processors or microprocessors, FPGA-based designs, and memory devices.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces including PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and UART.
• Experience with electronic design and simulation tools.
• Experience with signal integrity and power integrity analysis.
• Schematic capture experience.
• Lab integration and hardware testing experience.
• Active clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware architectures.
• Create block diagrams.
• Select parts and conduct trade studies.
• Perform schematic capture.
• Support PCB layout activities.
• Analyze and simulate digital circuits.
• Bring up hardware and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct lab testing and verification.
• Integrate hardware assemblies using test plans and lab equipment.
