About The Position

A Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing product knowledge and genuine service to customers. The role represents the FP Movement brand, creates an energized and personalized sales-floor experience, and connects with customers around wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle. The Stylist supports store events, teamwork, visual and operational standards, and store profitability.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and help drive an energized store experience on the sales floor.
Initiate personalized, genuine conversations with customers throughout the store and connect with them around wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
Promote FP Movement events and support their execution with fitness and wellness partners to encourage engagement and participation.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers, enhancing the customer experience with an omni-channel perspective.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first team by being positive, respectful, and helpful.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Develop product expertise and share knowledge of fit, fabrication, and styling with customers.
Maintain FP Movement visual and operational standards while keeping the customer in focus.
Support shipment processing and build awareness of new and reshipped products.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and comply with company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
