About The Position

A Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing customers with product knowledge and genuine service. The role represents the FP Movement brand, creates an energized and personalized store experience, and connects with customers around wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle. The Stylist also supports events, collaborates with the store team, maintains visual and operational standards, and helps protect store profitability.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience as a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and maintain an energized pace on the sales floor.
Initiate personalized, genuine conversations with customers throughout the store and connect with them around wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
Share information about FP Movement events and encourage engagement and participation; support event execution with fitness and wellness partners.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and offers, enhancing the customer experience across channels.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first environment by being positive, respectful, and helpful.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Build product expertise and share knowledge of fit, fabrication, and styling with customers.
Maintain FP Movement visual and operational standards while keeping the customer central.
Support shipment processes to learn about new and reshipped products.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and comply with company policies and procedures.
