About The Position

A Stylist contributes to driving sales through product knowledge and genuine customer service. The role represents the FP Movement brand, creates an engaging in-store experience, and connects with customers around wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle. The Stylist also supports store events, teamwork, visual standards, and business operations.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and maintain an energized pace on the sales floor.
Initiate personalized, genuine conversations with customers throughout the store, connecting around shared interests in wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
Promote FP Movement events and encourage customer engagement and participation; support event execution with fitness and wellness partners.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers, supporting an omnichannel customer experience.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first team environment by being positive, respectful, and helpful.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Develop product expertise and share knowledge of fit, fabrication, and styling with customers.
Maintain FP Movement visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers.
Support the shipment process to learn about new and reshipped products.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and comply with company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
