About The Position

A Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing product knowledge and genuine service to customers. The role represents the FP Movement brand on the sales floor, creates personalized customer interactions, promotes events, and supports an engaging omni-channel store experience. The Stylist collaborates with colleagues and leadership, develops product expertise, and helps maintain visual, operational, safety, and inventory standards.

Requirements

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a manner reflective of company values and drive an energized sales-floor experience.
• Initiate personalized, genuine conversations with customers throughout the store, connecting around wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
• Promote FP Movement events and support their execution with fitness and wellness partners.
• Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers and enhance the omni-channel customer experience.
• Contribute to an inclusive, people-first team environment by being positive, respectful, and helpful.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Develop expertise in products and share knowledge about fit, fabrication, and styling with customers.
• Maintain FP Movement visual and operational standards while prioritizing the customer.
• Support shipment processing to learn about new and reshipped products.
• Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and comply with company policies and procedures.
