About The Position

A Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing customers with product knowledge and genuine service. The role represents the FP Movement brand and supports an energized, customer-focused store experience. Stylists connect with customers around wellness, fitness, and active lifestyles; promote store events and special offers; collaborate with fitness and wellness partners; and use technology to enhance the in-store and online customer experience. The position contributes to an inclusive, people-first team culture through positive communication, collaboration, and participation in meetings and store initiatives. Stylists build expertise in product fit, fabrication, and styling, and help maintain visual and operational standards, support shipment processing, and follow safety, inventory, loss-prevention, and company policies. This position is located at 12833 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, California, 91604. The starting pay is $18.42 per hour.

Requirements

Passion for FP Movement and/or a connection to the local fitness community.
Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and maintain an energized pace on the sales floor.
Initiate personalized, genuine conversations with customers in every zone and connect with them around wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
Promote FP Movement events and support their execution with fitness and wellness partners to encourage customer engagement and participation.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers and enhance the customer experience.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first team culture by being positive, respectful, and helpful.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Develop product expertise and share knowledge of fit, fabrication, and styling with customers.
Maintain FP Movement visual and operational standards while keeping the customer as the focus.
Support shipment processing to learn about new and reshipped products.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
