About The Position

A Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing product knowledge and genuine service to customers. The role represents the FP Movement brand, creates an engaging sales-floor experience, and connects with customers around wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle. The Stylist also supports store events, communicates product knowledge, and helps maintain visual, operational, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Passion for FP Movement and/or a connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and maintain an energized pace on the sales floor.
• Initiate personalized, genuine conversations with customers throughout the store and connect with them around shared interests in wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
• Promote FP Movement events and encourage engagement and participation; support event execution with fitness and wellness partners.
• Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and offers and enhance the customer experience from an omni-channel perspective.
• Contribute to an inclusive, people-first team environment by being positive, respectful, and helpful.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Develop product expertise and share knowledge of fit, fabrication, and styling with customers.
• Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the customer as the focus.
• Support the shipment process and learn about new and reshipped products.
• Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
