About The Position

A Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing product knowledge and genuine service to customers. The role represents the FP Movement brand and supports an energized, personalized store experience focused on wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle. The Stylist promotes store events, engages with customers using an omni-channel perspective, collaborates with the team, shares product expertise, and supports visual, shipment, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and maintain an energized pace on the sales floor.
• Initiate personalized, genuine conversations with customers throughout the store, connecting around wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
• Promote FP Movement events and support their execution with fitness and wellness partners.
• Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers, enhancing the customer experience.
• Contribute to an inclusive, people-first team culture by being positive, respectful, and helpful.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Build product expertise and share knowledge of fit, fabrication, and styling with customers.
• Maintain FP Movement visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers.
• Support the shipment process and build awareness of new and reshipped products.
• Follow store safety standards and company policies and procedures, and support inventory accuracy, loss reduction, and store profitability.
