About The Position

A Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing product knowledge and genuine service to customers. The role represents the FP Movement brand on the sales floor, creates personalized customer interactions, and supports an engaging store experience centered on wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle. The Stylist also contributes to events, teamwork, product education, visual and operational standards, and store profitability.

Requirements

Passion for FP Movement and/or a connection to the local fitness community.
Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and maintain an energized pace on the sales floor.
Initiate personalized, genuine conversations with customers in every zone and connect with them around wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
Promote FP Movement events and support their execution in collaboration with fitness and wellness partners.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers, enhancing the omni-channel customer experience.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first team environment by being positive, respectful, and helpful.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Build product expertise and share knowledge about fit, fabrication, and styling with customers.
Maintain FP Movement's visual and operational standards while keeping the customer in focus.
Support the shipment process to learn about new and reshipped products.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and adhere to company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
