FP&A Senior Manager

Unlimited Technology•Herndon, VA
•$140,000 - $180,000•Remote

About The Position

Unlimited Technology is hiring a hands-on FP&A Senior Manager to own financial planning and analysis for a rapidly growing, $150 million private equity-backed national security systems integrator, with a stated goal of reaching $250 million within the next twelve months. The role reports directly to the CFO and has significant exposure to executive management and private equity investors. It is fully remote for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zone. The Senior Manager will drive financial insights, improve reporting, and support business decisions while partnering across the organization. The position currently has no direct reports, but its scope may expand as the company grows, including the opportunity to build and lead a team. The company uses percentage-of-completion revenue recognition; experience in a project-based, multi-branch service business and familiarity with work-in-process schedules are preferred. The role covers budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, monthly-close support, business and operational analysis, investor communications, and M&A diligence and integration. The successful candidate will learn the business and its operational drivers, deliver accurate and timely insights, and help improve reporting, forecasting, and analytics infrastructure, including by incorporating AI technology.
