About The Position
Apex Service Partners is seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager for its Atlantic South Region team. Based in the Manassas, Virginia office, this role is responsible for driving financial performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and partnering with operational leaders to provide insights that guide decision-making. The position supports multiple business units and includes budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, M&A support, and reporting for senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Background in FP&A, corporate finance, audit, investment banking, or consulting.

Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple business units.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with regional leadership to provide actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
- Support M&A activity, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
