FP&A Manager
About The Position
Removery is the global leader in laser tattoo removal, aiming to normalize tattoo removal and empower people to feel comfortable in their skin. Formed in 2019 through a merger of leading brands, Removery now operates over 150 studios across the United States, Canada, and Australia, having successfully completed over 1 million treatments. The company utilizes best-in-class PicoWay® laser technology for safe and effective tattoo removal and is committed to global growth, making tattoo removal accessible to more people. This FP&A Manager role is crucial for driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis within the growing Finance team in Austin, TX. The position requires strong financial modeling skills, proficiency in business intelligence tools like Power BI, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI; experience with Tableau is a strong plus.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday Adaptive) is required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience with Tableau is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across all departments.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with business units to understand key drivers of performance and support operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau; hands-on experience with both tools is required.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership and investors.
- Support M&A analysis, scenario planning, and ad hoc financial projects.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
