About The Position

The FP&A Manager is responsible for preparing annual and long-range plans for the organization. Development of financial models to evaluate business opportunities ranging from customer product and segment analysis to financial evaluation of operations planning as well as the broader planning topics of M&A opportunities and alternative value creation methodologies. In this position, you will work very closely with both the finance/accounting team and the sales/operations team to support strategic planning initiatives and current business analytics to ensure maximum value creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (a Master of Business Administration desirable) and five plus years of related experience in a manufacturing or distribution organization with preference for a B2B driven experience.
  • CPA/CMA/FP&A designation preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting, including the use of complex spreadsheets, financial models, and analytical tools to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support business decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise financial systems and reporting platforms; Oracle and Hyperion experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard development, data visualization, report automation, and the transformation of complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and interpret financial and operational reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management dashboards that effectively communicate business performance, highlight opportunities and risks, and support informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, improve analytical capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making while maintaining appropriate standards for data security, confidentiality, accuracy, and ethical use.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information, evaluate quantitative and qualitative data, identify underlying trends and business drivers, and translate findings into sound conclusions and actionable recommendations.
  • Understands the relationship between financial performance, operational activities, and broader business objectives. Anticipates potential challenges, identifies opportunities for improvement, and provides insights and recommendations that support organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external reporting packages together with the Controller
  • Work with the various BU heads to build department / channel / region appropriate Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and budget
  • Partner with the accounting staff and sales & operations teams to deliver dashboard metric reporting and support business forecast & budget needs
  • Provide analysis on forecast variances; propose opportunities to offset negative trends through close cooperation with the accounting and sales & operations teams
  • Perform analyses on financial stability, profit improvement recommendations, customer contract or pricing change impacts, cost changes, etc.
  • Translate qualitative strategic planning initiatives into financial figures – both balance sheet and P&L to be used by management to steer strategic direction and measure operational execution of those initiatives
  • Partner with global FP&A team in Israel to support global and regional executive leadership teams’ regarding business reporting & planning needs as well as project-based activities supporting future business development opportunities

Benefits

  • competitive starting base salary ranging from $95,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • The expected total target compensation for employees meeting performance expectations ranges from $109,250 to $138,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and target annual bonus opportunity.
