About The Position

The FP&A Manager will lead and develop the FP&A team and partner with operational and executive leadership. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning to improve business performance and support continued growth. It is a permanent position based in Fargo, North Dakota. The work environment is described as primarily on-site with one work-from-home day per week; the posting also identifies the role as fully onsite.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience partnering with senior and operational leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the FP&A team.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and financial models.
• Partner with leadership to turn financial data into actionable business decisions.
• Lead scenario analysis and strategic financial projects.
• Improve reporting and FP&A processes.
