About The Position
The FP&A Manager will support the Marine business by leading financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting. The role partners closely with Finance, underwriting leadership, and other stakeholders to translate business strategy and underwriting assumptions into actionable financial plans. The manager provides insight into premium, profitability, expenses, headcount, and other key business drivers while helping ensure Marine's plans align with company-wide FP&A requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting for the Marine business.
- Partner with Finance, underwriting leadership, and other stakeholders to translate business strategy and underwriting assumptions into actionable financial plans.
