About The Position

We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on FP&A Manager to support financial planning, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex data into actionable business insights and partnering cross-functionally to drive performance in a fast-moving consumer retail environment. The FP&A Manager will work closely with the CFO and business leaders to support forecasting, reporting, scenario planning, and operational decision-making across the business.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of FP&A experience within a DTC consumer retail business
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, business drivers, and operational KPIs
  • Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and financial modeling skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Google Slides skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a lean and evolving environment
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear recommendations and insights
  • Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or similar systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly cash flow forecasting and actualization processes to support efficient liquidity management and availability under the ABL facility
  • Partner with Accounting on month-end close activities and review of financial results
  • Prepare monthly KPI reporting, budget vs. actual reporting, and presentations for senior management and leadership discussions
  • Prepare monthly external financial reporting packages
  • Update and review monthly Channel P&L performance with key stakeholders and support ongoing reforecasting processes
  • Lead forecasting, annual budget, and long-range financial planning processes
  • Partner with CFO and business stakeholders on scenario analysis, operational decision support, and ad hoc financial analysis
  • Partner closely with our performance marketing agency and internal stakeholders to establish clear financial targets and measurable ROI goals across acquisition channels
  • Track and analyze marketing spend, customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), customer lifetime value (LTV), and first order profitability (FOP)
  • Monitor key performance metrics across paid and owned channels, including new customer acquisition, conversion rates, and marketing channel-level performance
  • Track marketing spend and performance metrics against budget and forecast
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support efficient customer acquisition and profitable growth
  • Develop strong understanding of data mapping and act as Super User across sales and analytics platforms including Polar, Triple Whale, and 42 Technologies
  • Help streamline reporting workflows and improve data accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Continuously improve financial models, including the Channel P&L model, to simplify maintenance and improve efficiency
