About The Position

Kidde Global Solutions is searching for a Manager – Corporate FP&A to join the Kidde Global Solutions Corporate Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping and developing an FP&A function for a truly global business. The Manager – Corporate FP&A will be integral in building robust FP&A processes and systems to support the business’ strategic objectives. This position will report directly to the Director of FP&A and will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial insights that will inform decision making across the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in Finance or FP&A role or similar
  • Master's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance or FP&A role or similar

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
  • MBA, CPA/CMA (a plus, but not required)
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, reporting requirements, financial analysis techniques, and budgeting/forecasting processes, financial/cost analysis, pricing analysis, and budgeting/forecasting skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up or transforming FP&A processes within a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and experience with ERP and business intelligence tools
  • Experienced analytical and spreadsheet development skills, along with prior advanced knowledge of financial consolidation systems (HFM preferred) and Excel.
  • Experience working with and developing visual reporting utilizing tools like Power BI.
  • Strong interpersonal and functional skill sets. You should be adaptable, organized, and work well within a highly collaborative team framework.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of FP&A in developing the FP&A function, including setting up and optimizing processes and systems for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Provide strategic analyses and recommendations to enhance finance performance and business opportunities.
  • Partner with the Director of FP&A to help manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles financial models to support decision-making related to new business initiatives and capital investments.
  • Work closely with accounting, treasury, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive financial integration and data consistency.
  • Consolidate information into company-wide financial statements, and prepare presentations and financial updates for senior managements and external stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
  • Contribute to a high-performing FP&A team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
