About The Position

Kidde Global Solutions is searching for a Manager – Corporate FP&A to join the Kidde Global Solutions Corporate Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping and developing an FP&A function for a truly global business. The Manager – Corporate FP&A will be integral in building robust FP&A processes and systems to support the business’ strategic objectives. This position will report directly to the Director of FP&A and will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial insights that will inform decision making across the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
7+ years of experience in Finance or FP&A role or similar
Master's Degree
5+ years of experience in Finance or FP&A role or similar

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
MBA, CPA/CMA (a plus, but not required)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, reporting requirements, financial analysis techniques, and budgeting/forecasting processes, financial/cost analysis, pricing analysis, and budgeting/forecasting skills.
Demonstrated experience in setting up or transforming FP&A processes within a dynamic business environment.
Strong proficiency in financial modelling and experience with ERP and business intelligence tools
Experienced analytical and spreadsheet development skills, along with prior advanced knowledge of financial consolidation systems (HFM preferred) and Excel.
Experience working with and developing visual reporting utilizing tools like Power BI.
Strong interpersonal and functional skill sets. You should be adaptable, organized, and work well within a highly collaborative team framework.

Responsibilities

Support the Director of FP&A in developing the FP&A function, including setting up and optimizing processes and systems for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Provide strategic analyses and recommendations to enhance finance performance and business opportunities.
Partner with the Director of FP&A to help manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles financial models to support decision-making related to new business initiatives and capital investments.
Work closely with accounting, treasury, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive financial integration and data consistency.
Consolidate information into company-wide financial statements, and prepare presentations and financial updates for senior managements and external stakeholders.
Play a key role in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
Contribute to a high-performing FP&A team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
