This is a unique opportunity to own our Workday Adaptive Planning platform, partner directly with business leaders, and shape the financial decisions that power our next phase of growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A
  • Expert excel skills
  • Excellent personal skills. Ability to proactively reach out to difference business leaders to understand their resource needs
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a technical field is preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning is preferred
  • Prefer someone with experiences in fast-paced biotech companies
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into prescriptive recommendations for the management team

Responsibilities

  • Administer Alamar's Workday Adaptive Planning platform, including model architecture, integrations, data management, reporting, documentation, user access, and user training
  • Support budgeting cycles and forecasts across various business functions
  • Perform variance analyses against budget and forecast, identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner with department leaders to develop financial plans, evaluate investments, and inform resource allocation decisions
  • Build financial models and ad-hoc analyses to support business decision making
