About The Position

As an FP&A Intern, you will assist with monthly and quarterly variance analysis, support management reporting, conduct ad hoc financial analyses, identify process improvements, and collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel experience through coursework, projects, or prior work experience
• Basic understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly and quarterly variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the preparation and distribution of management reporting and financial performance dashboards.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational business decisions.
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with finance team members on budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning initiatives.
