About The Position

Join our team and gain valuable experience helping drive informed business decisions through financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. As an FP&A Intern, you will assist with monthly and quarterly variance analysis, support management reporting and financial performance dashboards, conduct ad hoc financial analyses, identify process improvement opportunities, and collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel experience through coursework, projects, or prior work experience
• Basic understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly and quarterly variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the preparation and distribution of management reporting and financial performance dashboards.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational business decisions.
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with finance team members on budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning initiatives.
