About The Position

The FP&A Analyst II supports the FP&A organization through financial reporting, sales and profitability analysis, business intelligence administration, and data governance. The role is a key owner of the company’s Sales Cube environment, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of sales, cost, and margin information used by Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and executive leadership. The analyst works cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting processes, and support strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving acumen.

Nice To Haves

Two to five years of finance experience preferred.
Expert Excel skills and keen attention to detail are a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the Sales Cube environment and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation of sales, cost, and margin reporting data, while driving continuous improvement.
Prepare, analyze, and deliver recurring financial reports and performance insights to support business and leadership decision-making.
Conduct profitability, revenue, volume, and operational analyses to identify trends, support strategic initiatives, and inform decisions.
Develop and enhance reporting tools, analytics, and automated processes to improve the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of financial information.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve data issues, support business initiatives, and provide actionable financial insights.
Perform related tasks as requested by the supervisor.
