About The Position

The FP&A Analyst II supports the FP&A organization through financial reporting, sales and profitability analysis, business intelligence administration, and data governance. The role is a key owner of the company's Sales Cube environment, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales, cost, and margin information used across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Executive Leadership for decision-making. The position works cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting processes, and support strategic business initiatives.

Nice To Haves

• 2–5 years of finance experience preferred.
• Expert user of Excel and keen attention to detail are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Cube environment, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, reconciliation, and continuous improvement of sales, cost, and margin reporting data.
• Prepare, analyze, and deliver recurring financial reporting and performance insights to support business and leadership decision-making.
• Conduct profitability, revenue, volume, and operational analyses to identify business trends, support strategic initiatives, and inform decisions.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools, analytics, and automated processes to improve the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of financial information.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve data issues, support business initiatives, and provide actionable financial insights.
• Perform related tasks as requested by the supervisor.
