About The Position

Farrar Corporation is seeking a Foundry Production Associate to help produce high-quality ductile iron castings and components. The role involves operating foundry equipment, preparing molds and cores, pouring molten metal, checking cast components for quality, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Safety, precision, teamwork, and meeting production goals are central to the position. This is a full-time, onsite position in Norwich, Kansas, on a day shift. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Starting wage is $18 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a hot/cold and noisy environment.
Familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety practices in a foundry setting.
