Requirements
- 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth startups or tech companies or at a recruiting agency focusing on startups.
- Experience hiring for technical (engineering, product) as well as operational roles.
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and are passionate about scaling early-stage teams.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, represent company culture, and close top-tier talent.
- Drive, grit, and ownership. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something transformative with us.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting—source, engage, and close world-class engineers, operators, and product leaders.
- Partner with our hiring managers to determine hiring needs and define our processes.
- Use data to drive decisions: tracking and analyzing funnel health, talent pool effectiveness, and hiring velocity to continuously improve hiring efficiencies.
- Represent our vision and culture to prospective candidates and the broader talent market.
- Build and nurture strong relationships within technical and entrepreneurial communities.
- Help establish and document recruiting best practices, evaluation rubrics, and onboarding workflows as our first recruiting hire.
