About The Position

MintMCP is seeking a Founding Operations professional to own the candidate and new hire experience. This role combines recruiting coordination, such as scheduling interviews and managing the candidate pipeline, with people operations responsibilities, including onboarding, HR operations, and process documentation. The company is AI-native and encourages the use of AI tools to streamline workflows. This is a hybrid role based in the Bay Area, offering the opportunity to build recruiting and people operations from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator.
Experience owning and building processes, not just managing tickets and schedules.
A passion for optimizing and automating processes.
High attention to detail and a genuine care for candidate experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Fast learner, AI-native or capable of becoming AI-native quickly.
Strong desire to grow and learn people operations (onboarding, HR ops, compliance).

Nice To Haves

Experience building or directing AI agents or agentic workflows.
Experience with HR ops, onboarding, or compliance.
Experience using an ATS like Ashby or Greenhouse.
Experience building or improving recruiting or onboarding workflows.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and managing the candidate pipeline.
Ensure a clean and positive end-to-end candidate experience.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are day-one ready.
Handle HR operations to keep the team running smoothly.
Develop and document processes to replace tribal knowledge.
Build and optimize agentic workflows using the company's AI product to streamline work.
Learn and take on people operations responsibilities such as onboarding, HR ops, and compliance.
