About The Position

AgentMail is looking for an extremely high-agency generalist to work alongside our founders and early team. This role is intentionally designed without a clean job description, as it requires an individual to own the numerous tasks outside of core coding and customer interaction that are crucial for a rapidly growing company's progress. Responsibilities

• Company operations: Manage office, vendors, equipment, supplies, food, and onboarding logistics to ensure AgentMail is a well-run workplace.
• Founder operations: Support founders with tasks such as research, coordination, travel, reservations, scheduling, logistics, and one-off projects to facilitate rapid execution.
• Hiring & candidate experience: Create an exceptional experience for candidates, including coordinating visits, dinners, and work trials.
• Events & community: Organize team events, developer dinners, hackathons, offsites, and celebrations.
• Special projects: Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them to completion, regardless of their nature.
